Effective Storytelling

One of Hemmingway’s most praised works is his six word short story, “For sale: baby shoes, never worn.” Storytellers should aspire to use words with such elegance. Wired Magazine asked contemporary writers to take a crack at telling very short stories; some are more successful than others but none of them generates as much impact as the original.

I would like to use archetypes in my story that will deliver a strong, clear narrative punch that will still be open to viewer interpretation.
