(June 2008)

Experiencing the telling of a story (via storyteller, print, film, game, etc.) multiple times often gives the audience a deeper understanding of the narrative and characters. The audience picks up more subtle details revealed in the narrative once they know the complete narrative arch. Many storys evolve or change upon retelling especially in traditional storytelling and in interactive narrative structures like games.

I would like my thesis to tell a story that can be interpreted in different ways. These interpretations may change with multiple readings or “interactions” between the medium and the audience.
